These Terms of Sale describe the specific terms that apply to the purchase of products from {{ shop.name }} and supplement, rather than replace, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Formation of the Sales Contract

Your order is an offer to buy the products in your cart at the price and quantity shown at checkout. No contract of sale exists between you and {{ shop.name }} until we confirm shipment of your order or otherwise expressly accept it in writing. We may decline or cancel any order, including after an automated order-confirmation email has been sent, in the circumstances described in our Terms of Service.

2. Price and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly offered at checkout, and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of order using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We use Shopify and its payment processing partners to handle payment; we do not receive or store your full card number.

3. Right of Withdrawal for EU and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the product. To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires by a clear statement sent to {{ shop.email }}, including your order number. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the price paid, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal, and you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. This statutory right of withdrawal is in addition to, and independent of, the 30-day return window described in our Refund Policy; where the two differ, whichever gives you the longer period or greater right will apply to EU and UK consumers.

4. Conformity of Goods

We take reasonable care to ensure products match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for their ordinary purpose. If a product you receive does not conform to its description or is defective, please see our Refund Policy, and, if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides additional statutory remedies (such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission for non-conforming goods), those statutory remedies remain available to you in addition to anything provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery date in writing.

6. Language and Record of Contract

These Terms of Sale are concluded in English. We do not separately file or store an individually accessible copy of each sales contract beyond your order confirmation email and our internal order records; you should retain your order confirmation for your records.

7. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a purchase, please contact us first at {{ shop.email }} so we can try to resolve it directly. EU and UK consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, though we are not obligated to participate in any particular alternative dispute resolution scheme unless required by applicable law.
